(the power of who you are from inside out) stripped? In other words,
when are you accountable for your personal decisions and behavior and
when not?

circumstances of your life diminish your Light? Under what
circumstances are you unable to be your best and brightest self?
~ When is your self-worth
and personal authority
diminished because you feel discouraged or unable to cultivate,
validate, and be strengthened by the lessons of your life? Do you
believe you are unable--or are you unwilling?--to acknowledge and own
your perceptiveness, resilience, equality, respect, experience and insight
via your individual life path?
About Sharon Olson and Peership Principles
My education as well as my professional and personal experience have taught me that anyone, anywhere can be liberated from the oppression of mind and spirit.
Arising from 20 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, supervisor, coach and consultant, in addition to 30+ years providing various technical services in the corporate world, I created Peership Principles as my evolution from the mental health model into an inclusive life coaching model to encourage and mentor each employee's or member's clarity, accountability, strength and liberation with regard to every aspect of life, thus increasing his/her satisfaction and quality of contribution in the workplace. Peership Principles offers education, mentoring and support to unlock the liberation of unconditional satisfaction and freedom of contribution for all who feel imprisoned and disempowered by the circumstances of their lives and/or an internal experience of worthlessness or incompetence.
Complementing my advanced education and experience, I bring intelligence, intuition, perceptivity, flexibility, empathy and humor to my Peership Principles work.
